Website information
Privacy & cookies
Your enquiry stays separate from your analytics choices.

1. Who is responsible
ALPHA CRUX TRADING, S.L. (NIF B27688662), Calle General Díaz Porlier nº 21, Entreplanta B, 28001 Madrid, Spain, is responsible for your personal information. See our Legal notice.
For privacy questions, write to info@alphacrux.com.es. Hosting-provider contracts and transfer arrangements are being reviewed.
2. Your enquiries
The form requests your name, company, email and message, with your consent to respond. All fields are required. Please provide only information relevant to your business request and avoid sensitive personal information.
Enquiries are delivered by email and used to handle your request. The legal basis is consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. This does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise analytics.
Correspondence is retained while we handle your enquiry and normally deleted within 12 months after closure. A legal obligation or specific unresolved dispute may require restricted retention for longer.
3. Hosting and service providers
Authorised staff and hosting, email and support providers may process information for these purposes. Connection details, IP addresses and request records also support our legitimate interest in website security, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting-log and backup retention periods remain to be confirmed.
Hosting and analytics may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Google explains its safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable, in its transfer information. We do not sell your information.
4. Optional analytics
Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, measures page visits only after your separate consent. It processes page-view, device, browser, cookie-identifier and connection information. Form contents are never sent to Analytics; this integration does not serve advertising.
Google tags remain blocked before acceptance and after rejection. User/event retention is set to two months, without extending it on return visits; aggregated reports have different retention. See how Google uses partner-site information.
5. Cookies and your choices
Accepting and rejecting analytics are equally available. Neither is selected in advance, and rejection does not limit the website. We remember your decision for 180 days, then request it again.
| Storage | Provider and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Cookie preferences | Alpha Crux: local browser storage necessary to remember your decision. | 180 days |
acprod_ga | Google Analytics: distinguishes visits, only with consent. | Up to 60 days |
acprod_ga_<ID> | Google Analytics: maintains visit information, only with consent. | Up to 60 days |
Analytics cookies are used on this website independently of the testing site without automatic expiry extension. Cookie preferences, also in the footer, lets you withdraw consent anytime. This stops further collection and removes accessible analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. Browser settings can also remove stored information.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restricted processing and, where applicable, portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to the email above. We may need proportionate identity verification; the normal response period is one month.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent authority. The website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
